ORDINANCE #21-12 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING RIGHT OF WAY AND DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENT RELATED TO BUNKER LAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK 3RD ADDITION <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.6 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br />The right of way, that part of 147th Lane NW dedicated in BUNKER LAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota, as indicated in Exhibit A attached, are hereby vacated, <br />to -wit. <br />The drainage and utility easement, a 10.00 foot wide easement lying over, under, and across that <br />part of BUNKER LAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota, as <br />indicated in Exhibit B attached, are hereby vacated, to -wit. <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter <br />Section 5.04 contingent upon: <br />- Approval and successful recording of the associated plat known as Bunker Lake Industrial <br />Park 3rd Addition <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota the th of May, 2021. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Introduction date: April 27, 2021 <br />Posting dates: <br />1 <br />Mayor <br />
