Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #21-122 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR WETTERLIND ACRES <br />RECITALS <br />1. Sandra and Loren Wetterlind, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for <br />Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />The West 330 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />-Or upon recording - <br />Lots 1-2, Block 1, WETTERLIND ACRES <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />2. The City of Ramsey received an application for a Sketch Plan and Final Plat for <br />WETTERLIND ACRES from the Developer on April 7, 2021; and <br />3. The City Council reviewed the Final Plat and Development Agreement on May 11, 2021. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Final Plat and Development <br />Agreement for WETTERLIND ACRES in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />a) Review and approval as to legal form of the Final Plat and Development Agreement by <br />the City Attorney. <br />b) Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City of Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />
