That, The appropriate evidence shall be obtained to ensure the real property to be <br />obtained is marketable. This shall include one of the following; an abstract of title, <br />registered property abstract, an attorney's title opinion or title commitment for an <br />owner's policy of title insurance. <br />9. That, After the individual conditions outlined in the reimbursement manual have been <br />met for the acquisition of land, reimbursement will be sought by the City. <br />10.
