June 3, 2021 <br />Sean Sullivan <br />EDA <br />City of Ramsey <br />7550 Sunwood Dr NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />Dear Sean, <br />As a follow-up to the Letter of Intent submitted to you this morning for the 1.13 acres, I would like to add <br />commentary on the overall site plan. As we have discussed we are looking to purchase the adjacent property <br />from K. Hovnanian. That property consists of 103 platted lots. We view your property as complementary <br />to this project. The city owned property would be an entrance to the rest of the community and a tremendous <br />entrance feature for the rest of the development. We envision building on the portion first to create an area <br />for models to show off the rest of the community. <br />As stated above the adjacent area we are looking to purchase consists of 103 lots. We are in the process of <br />refining a townhome product that would complement the existing community as well as a layout. We would <br />have a total of 113 lots within this development if we included the city land in that purchase. We are still <br />working through a site layout and building plans and hope to have that shortly. It will not be before the <br />EDA meeting next week, unfortunately. <br />Should you or the EDA require or want more information I would be happy to provide it upon request. <br />Thank you for your confidential consideration of this proposal.
