27.2 Either party desiring to change or terminate this AGREEMENT must notify the <br />other inwriting at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to the date specified in Section <br />27.1 of this ARTICLE. Whenever notice is given for changes, the riature of the <br />changes desired must be specified in the notice. Until a satisfactory conclusion is <br />reached coneerning such changes, the original provisions of this AGREEMENT <br />shall remain in full force and effect.
