18.4 Any emp1oyee participating in the grogram will paralce in semiairnua1 fitness testing, <br />The standards for testing will be set by the fitness coordinator and appiovect by the <br />Chief of Police, All participants will adhere to the department Physical Fitness <br />Progam policy and testing standards. <br />ARTICLE 19: INSURANCE <br />19.1 The JMPLOY8R shall contribute to EMPLOYBB health and life insurance as stated <br />in the attached Memorandum of Understanding, • <br />19.2 The EMPLOYER, affective January 1, 2018, agrees to contribute the dollar value <br />equivalent to the cost of the monthly employee only dental premium as established by <br />the BMPLOYBR Credit in lieu of coverage will not be granted. <br />ARTICLE 20: CLOTHING AND UNTFORMS <br />20,1 The EMPLOYER shall provide unifomis (including boats) and equipment and <br />replacement as outlined by the departtnent policy that currently, exists. <br />21.1 <br />ARTICLE 21: SAVINGS CLAUSE <br />This Agreement is subject to the laws of the United States, the Stae of Minnesota and <br />the City ofRam8ey In the event any provision of this Agreement shall be held coiitraty <br />to law by a court of competent jurisdiction from whose frnal judgment or decree no <br />appeal has been taken within the time provided, such provisions shall be voided. All <br />other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The voided <br />provisions shall be renegotiated at the written request of either panty, <br />15 <br />
