I am requesting that these contingencies be 'incorporated into thevarious <br />plans and that for my records, I be provided with a ccy of the modified plans to clearly identify <br />the site improvements agreed to by both parties the ncessary modifications are. as follows: <br />1. Clearlyindicatingon the Site Plan that all bituminous surfaces will be finished with <br />B612 concrete curbing. . <br />2. Modify the Site Plan to show the screened waste .storage area and a lighting plan. <br />3. Modify the Landscape Plan and Site Kan to reflect the addition by type, size and <br />species of coniferous trees that will be 4ddecVto the southwest corner of the site to <br />better screen the outside storage area from C,S,A.H; 06. <br />4. Modify the Site Plan, Grading1Plan ar dik Landscape Plan to reflect the extension of <br />the southeasterly screening ber: a suffitrent• distance to screen the pole storage area <br />from the park. <br />5. Provide the City with an itemized list df' lantings by size, quantity and species. <br />6.
