Despite comments in City Staff re** le dated July 26,1995, the pre -development <br />agreement did not require AEC to develop thts park, Ottily to provide concept plans. <br />Because of the unusually large size of the site, the City engineer- has -recommended that a private <br />fire line be installed for fire protection. : <br />The Planning Commission also recommended the ins lation. of turnand by-pass lanes on County <br />Roads #56 and # 116.
