These legal services will be billed to the City by the Law Firn at SI85,00 per hour during the term of this Agreement. 2. Matters Covered by Insurance: Whenever a claim is made with an insurance carrier that arises out of a legal issue within the scope of this Contract for Legal Services, the City wilt recommend that the Law Firm be utilized by the insurance carrier in the matter for which the claim is made.
