Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #21-150 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND AUTHORIZING <br />SOLICITATION OF PROPOSALS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO DESIGN, <br />BID AND ADMINISTER CONSTRUCTION OF A MUNICIPAL WATER TREATMENT <br />PLANT, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #21-09 <br />WHEREAS, professional engineering services are required to prepare final plans and <br />specifications, to administer the bid process, and to provide construction administration services <br />for construction of a municipal water treatment plant, which will allow the City to continue to <br />provide adequate quantities of safe drinking water to municipal water users. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The City Council hereby approves the Water Treatment Plant Request for Proposals and <br />authorizes the advertising and direct soliciting of said proposal. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 25th day of May, 2021. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #21-150 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
