<br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mayor Mark Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Ryan Heineman – attended remotely <br />Councilmember Chelsee Howell <br />Councilmember Debra Musgrove <br />Councilmember Chris Riley <br />Councilmember Dan Specht <br />Councilmember Matt Woestehoff <br /> <br />Members Absent: None <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Deputy City Administrator Timothy Gladhill <br />City Planner Chris Anderson <br />City Engineer Bruce Westby <br />Senior Planner Chloe McGuire Brigl <br /> Economic Development Manager Sean Sullivan <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Kuzma called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Kuzma. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br /> <br />None. <br />3. CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mike Schelkoph, 7075 153rd Avenue NW, referenced the rental licenses included on the agenda. <br />He assumed the rentals are single-family homes and asked the safeguards that would be in place <br />to protect homeowners. He noted that he has emailed members of the Council but has not received <br />replies. <br /> <br />Deputy City Administrator Gladhill stated that staff can follow up with the resident to provide <br />details on the rental license process and code enforcement. <br /> <br />Councilmembers Musgrove and Riley and Mayor Kuzma commented that they did not receive <br />emails. <br />City Council / May 25, 2021 <br />Page 2 of 11 <br /> <br />
