MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced upcoming meetings and events. <br />Mayor Kuzma noted the upcoming Mayors Prayer Breakfast that will be held Friday at Lord of <br />Life Church. <br />Councilmember Specht commented that Youth First is a great organization that benefits the youth <br />of the community. He reported that PACT Charter School had success at both speech and robotics <br />at the State level. <br />Councilmember Musgrove commented that the regular meeting of the Lower Rum River Water <br />Management Organization was postponed one week to the fourth Thursday of the month for May. <br />9.
