CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 06/08/2021 <br />By: JoAnn Shaw, Community Development <br />Information <br />Title <br />Approve Rental Licenses <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Purpose: The purpose of this case is to approve rental license requests for 2021. <br />5. 6. <br />Background: Detached Single -Family Homes and Attached Single -Family Homes (townhomes, duplexes, etc.) are <br />required to obtain a license (registration), but are not subject to inspections (unless the City has sufficient evidence <br />of a violation of City Code). <br />Multi -Family Units (apartments, condos, etc.) are subject to the license and inspection program as required by code. <br />License application requests are attached for Council approval. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Please note that the Yakima Street Application is being pulled separately from this case and will be discussed <br />separately as part of Council Business.
