Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #21-152 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />PRESERVE AT NORTHFORK SECOND ADDITON <br />WHEREAS, Preserve at Northfork, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for Final <br />Plat approval of the legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto: <br />OUTLOT B, PRESERVE AT NORTHFORK, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); and <br />WHERAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat for Preserve at Northfork Second Addition at their <br />regular meeting on April 27, 2021 contingent upon the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with <br />the City; and <br />WHERAS, the City Council approved the Development Agreement on June 8, 2021. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Development Agreement approval for The Preserve at <br />Northfork Second Addition contingent upon the following conditions <br />a. Subject to final review to legal form by the City Attorney and City Engineer. <br />2. That the Ramsey City Council hereby releases the Subject Property from the previous grading agreement <br />authorized via Resolution #20-161. <br />3. That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes Staff to execute any documents related to the above <br />approvals. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 8h day of June, <br />2021. <br />Mayor <br />
