Hinshaw <br />Or Current Owner <br />16855 St. Francis Blvd NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />-FIRST NOTICE OF VIOLATION - <br />RE: Violations on Anoka County PID #11-32-25-42-0019 (16855 St. Francis Blvd NW) <br />Dear Property Owner: <br />The City of Ramsey has adopted ordinances that are designed to keep the community safe, healthy <br />and attractive. City Staff recently received a complaint of the above premises in regards to the <br />following violations of the Ramsey City Code as listed below: <br />• City Code Section 117-355 —Residential development off-street parking. <br />(1) Number of items. <br />a. Six items allows for outdoor storage and parking on parcels less than two acres in <br />size. <br />e. Items that will count towards the number restriction include, but are not limited to, <br />the following examples: motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, campers, boats, canoes, <br />snowmobiles, jet -skis, all terrain vehicles, go-carts, motocross bikes, motorcycles, fish <br />houses, and other recreational equipment and self-propelled vehicles. <br />(3) Surfacing <br />b. Outside the metropolitan urban service area (MUSA) <br />1. Currently licensed and operable motor vehicles, the primary purpose of which is <br />for private transportation or recreational use may be parked: <br />(i.) In the front yard if on a driveway <br />(ii.) In the side or rear yard provided it is parked on a residential parking surface <br />that consists of either bituminous pavement, concrete, or prepared <br />gravel/Class V of at least two inches in depth that is applied to the entire <br />area beneath the motor vehicle and extending 12 inches around the <br />perimeter of the motor vehicle. <br />You have 14 days from the date of this letter to address the following (or you will receive an <br />administrative citation of $75): <br />• City Code Section 117-355 <br />o Move all vehicles onto appropriate surfacing; and <br />o Ensure a maximum of six (6) vehicles are stored outside. <br />Please contact me at (763) 433-9860 to schedule an inspection, or to answer any questions you <br />may have.
