As part of the conversation, I <br />am providing you with a letter of the violations as you did not receive the previous one from <br />December 17, 2020. Also, please know that I will be investigating your concerns for the nearby <br />property you specified. <br />The City of Ramsey has adopted ordinances that are designed to keep the community safe, healthy <br />and attractive. As part of that vision, Staff has been following up on open violation cases. A recent <br />inspection of the above premises revealed the following violations of the Ramsey City Code as <br />listed below: <br />• City Code Chapter 30-3. Property conditions constituting a public nuisance. <br />o (25) The outdoor or outside storage of any abandoned or inoperable vehicles, as <br />defined by this chapter. <br />o (26) The outdoor or outside storage of any part of a motor vehicle or piece of <br />machinery that is deteriorating or unusable or intended to be used as salvageable <br />p <br />arts. <br />• City Code Section 117-355 —Residential development off-street parking sections <br />o (b) (1 through 6) Number of items, locations, and surfacing. <br />You have 14 clays from the date of this letter to address the following (or you will receive an <br />additional notice of violation and administrative citation of $75): <br />• Chapter 30-3. —Property conditions constituting a public nuisance. <br />o Properly store all vehicles on appropriate surfaces (paved or gravel), or remove <br />them from the property. <br />• Chapter 117-355 —Residential development off-street parking <br />o No automobile may be parked on the grass <br />o Each property is allowed one inoperable or unlicensed vehicle, but it must be stored <br />It is our mission to work together to responsibly grow our community, and to provide quality, cost-effective and efficient government <br />services. <br />
