squeaky wheel get oiled first as they were very persistent, if not down right unpleasant
regarding the situation both with the city and with us and other neighbors.

It would seem to me that as you suggested in your letter to Mark Standlund of Shade Tree
dated September 30, 2004, that the two yards in the drainage easement, Lot 24 & 23 need
to be regarded to help with water flow/drainage with our hole being filled in (possibly
drain tile installed) and with our neighbors at Lot 23 having the small hill with an oak
wilt dying tree removed. As you will remember both our trees that have been removed
and the tree that are on the neighbors hill were not included in the approved plan and
were not meant/should not have been saved, our hole and the neighbors hill are what in
large part are causing the water not to affectively flow to the respective drains to the East
and to the West.

Any assistance that you can lend to keep the bali rolling and re'ct/fy the situation would
be appreciated.

Sincerely;

Jay Pugh
763-427-6467 Home
612-617-6134 Office

CC:

City Administrator
Director of Public Works
Mayor & City Council
Mark Strandlund, Shade Tree Construction

Enclosures: Leonard Linton's Letter Dated September 2, 2004
Leonard Linton's Letter Dated September 30, 2004

Note:-Pictures are available upon request, on-site visit always welcomed.
