Public Comment Period Open <br />Management Plan <br />The Lower Rum River Watershed Management <br />Organization's 4th Generation Watershed Management <br />Plan is open this spring for public comment. The Plan <br />can be viewed at www.lrrwmo.org/plans-reports. The <br />Watershed Management Plan will guide all future WMO <br />activities and projects. <br />The Lower Rum River Watershed Management Or- <br />ganization (LRRWMO) is a special purpose unit of gov- <br />ernment made up of three Cities: Andover, Anoka and <br />Ramsey. It's purpose is to manage the area's lakes, streams <br />and rivers, particularly those that flow across City bound- <br />aries.
