ORDINANCE #21-15 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO SECTION 117 WHICH IS KNOWN <br />OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 117-111 (R-1 <br />AND 117-349 (ACCESSORY USES AND BUILDINGS) <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />AS THE ZONING SECTION <br />RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT) <br />OF THE CITY CODE OF <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENTS <br />Section 117-1. —Definitions shall be amended to read as follows: <br />Driveway means an onsite prepared surface traffic lane, which shall be the traffic lane <br />leading directly from a public street to the primary garage on the subject parcel; the <br />width of -r;hiok cannot cxccad the primly garago -r;idth by moro t1r 15 fcct, or in the <br />absence of a garage, a traffic lane to a parking pad that cannot exceed 20 feet in width. <br />DriN,C111C(/ parking ray not extend beyond the front of the prinary garage without <br />meeting the performance standards for side a roar yard parking. The width of a driveway cannot exceed the primary garage width by more than 15 <br />feet, or in the absence of a garage, a traffic lane to a parking pad that cannot <br />exceed 20 feet in width. Driveway parking may not extend beyond the front of the <br />primary garage without meeting the performance standards for parking pads and <br />side or rear yard narking. <br />Sec. 117-349 Accessory uses and buildings (d) (7) shall be amended to read as follows added to <br />read as follows: <br />(7) Driveways and Parkinz Pads. <br />
