The Applicant shall identify the type, design and location of all ground mounted and <br />rooftop mechanical equipment. The mechanical equipment shall be screen from view of <br />the public street. <br />5. The applicant shall describe the size and location of all trash handling and recycling <br />equipment. If this equipment is to be stored outside the building the site plan shall <br />identify the location and screening of this equipment. <br />6. Site grading and drainage shall be subject to the review and comment of the City <br />Engineer. <br />7.
