Cuevas <br />Or Current Owner <br />7474 163rd Ave NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />-1ST NOTICE OF VIOLATION - <br />RE: Violations on Anoka County PID #16-32-25-13-0030 (7474 163rd Ave NW) <br />Dear Property Owner: <br />City f (� <br />RAMSEY <br />The City of Ramsey has adopted ordinances that are designed to keep the community safe, healthy and <br />attractive. A recent inspection of the above premises revealed the following violations of the Ramsey City <br />Code as listed below: <br />• City Code Section 117-189 states that a Hermit is required for the following: <br />o The erection, addition, modification, rehabilitation, or alteration of any building, structure, <br />or portion thereof. Normal maintenance and repair also requires a permit if such work, <br />separately or in conjunction with other planned work, constitutes a substantial <br />improvement as defined in section 117-1. <br />• City Code Section 117-349.- Accessory uses and buildings: <br />(10) No part of an accessory building shall extend into a drainage and utility easement or any <br />required setback. <br />You have 14 days from the date of this letter to address the following (or you will receive an <br />administrative citation of $75): <br />• Work without permits [Violation of Section 117-1891 <br />o Please contact the Planning Division, 763-433-9860, to apply for a zoning permit for the <br />shed. <br />• Structure in easement [Violation of Section 117-3491 <br />o Please move the shed out of the Drainage and Utility Easement. The structure must be at <br />least 5 feet from the side property line. <br />Please contact me at (763) 433-9860 if you have any questions or concerns.
