Cuevas <br />Or Current Owner <br />7474 163rd Ave NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />City f (� <br />RAMSEY <br />-SECOND NOTICE OF VIOLATION - <br />RE: Violations on Anoka County PID #16-32-25-13-0030 (7474 163rd Ave NW) <br />Dear Property Owner: <br />The City of Ramsey has adopted ordinances that are designed to keep the community safe, healthy <br />and attractive. A recent inspection of the above premises revealed the following violations of the <br />Ramsey City Code as listed below: <br />• City Code Section 117-189 states that a Hermit is required for the following: <br />o The erection, addition, modification, rehabilitation, or alteration of any building, <br />structure, or portion thereof. Normal maintenance and repair also requires a permit <br />if such work, separately or in conjunction with other planned work, constitutes a <br />substantial improvement as defined in section 117-1. <br />• City Code Section 117-349.- Accessory uses and buildings: <br />(10) No part of an accessory building shall extend into a drainage and utility easement <br />or any required setback. <br />The City attempted to contact you on April 2nd, 2021, but did not receive a response. Since the <br />violation is ongoing, an administrative citation of $75 is enclosed. If you do not pay this citation, <br />the City will assess it onto your property taxes within the following weeks. <br />You have 14 days from the date of this letter to address the following (or you will receive <br />another administrative citation of $250, and the City will move towards abating the shed <br />from the property): <br />• Work without permits (Violation of Section 117-1891 <br />o Please contact the Planning Division, 763-433-9860, to apply for a zoning permit <br />for the shed. <br />• Structure in easement (Violation of Section 117-3491 <br />o Please move the shed out of the Drainage and Utility Easement. The structure must <br />be at least 5 feet from the side property line. <br />Please contact me at (763) 433-9860 if you have any questions or concerns.
