NOTICE OF VIOLATION - <br />RE: Various Violations on Anoka County PID # 02-23-25-31-0003 <br />Dear Property Owner, <br />Thank you for allowing staff to inspect the property on June 18, 2019. Attached to this letter is an <br />inventory of items onsite and notes on each item in relation to the open code violations on your <br />property. <br />We, recognize that there has been cleanup onsite and appreciate you working with us and ask that <br />within 14 days from the date of this letter, the following items are removed onsite (or stored inside): <br />1. Fencing and siding stacked behind back garage <br />2. Hot tub with tarp siding <br />3. Item covered in brown tarp in front of hoop buildings <br />4. Piles of toys in woods <br />5. Pile of cinderblock and other items covered by tarp in rear yard near trailer <br />6. Blue tarp from trailer <br />7. Plywood on ground near hot tub <br />Staff is willing to work with you to fix some of the larger items onsite if you are able to remove <br />these smaller items. From you, we would like a timeline for improving the driveway and fixing <br />the front garage for the City Council to review and consider. Staff has chosen not to send another <br />citation; but if we do not see progression on your property, you will receive another citation, or <br />the City may choose to abate the situation on your property. <br />Please see the attached exhibit showing the items onsite and the actions needed to correct the • <br />violations onsite. <br />You may request a hearing before .a Hearing Examiner regarding these violations.
