CC Regular Session 5. 19. <br />Meeting Date: 06/22/2021 <br />By: Chloe McGuire Brigl, Community <br />Development <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #21-181 Approving Maintenance Agreement and Development Agreement for O'Reilly Auto <br />Parts, Case of Java Properties <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to approve a maintenance agreement for an architectural wall and the development <br />agreement for O'Reilly Auto Parts, being proposed by Java Properties, LLC (the "Applicant"). <br />Notification: <br />No notification is required for this step. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />The approval of the standard development agreement is a typical step in the development process, which outlines <br />development fees and takes a financial surety for the work onsite to ensure that it is completed to City standards. <br />The maintenance agreement for the architectural wall is not a typical step, but has been required for other projects, <br />most recently, River Walk Village. The Council directed Staff to prepare a maintenance agreement for the <br />architectural wall, since it is a first for the City and different from the standard process.
