MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />Elwyn Tinklenberg, The Tinklenberg Group, commented that the legislative session is ongoing, <br />and the committees are working on final bill language, which has not yet been developed. He <br />stated that they continue to hear that at least some of the funds requested for this session is believed <br />to be included in the final passage but was unsure of the amount. He provided a brief review of <br />the funding that has been secured for the Ramsey Gateway project in the past four years. <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced upcoming meetings and events. <br />9.
