CC Regular Session 7.4. <br />Meeting Date: 06/22/2021 <br />By: Bria Raines, Community Development <br />Information <br />Title <br />Introduce Ordinance #21-14 Amending Chapter 105 and 117 Regarding Swimming and Building Code <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Ordinance #21-14 amends Section 105-55 to add accessory uses and buildings, while eliminating reference to the <br />same standards in Section 117-349. The Ramsey City Code revision contains swimming and building standards in <br />the Building and Building Regulations Chapter. <br />Notification: <br />The City provided notification to the City's Official Newspaper, the Anoka County Union -Herald. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Ramsey City Staff is aware that two sections of City Code addressed swimming and building codes. City Staff is <br />recommending that Section 105-55 be amended to join the sections and Section 117-349 eliminate the swimming <br />and building codes.
