STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />Code Enforcement Unit <br />July 2, 2021 <br />Catherine Gacheru <br />Or Current Owner <br />5991 146th Avenue NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />-THIRD NOTICE OF VIOLATION - <br />RE: Violations on Anoka County PID # 26-32-25-13-0037 (5991 146th Avenue NW) <br />Dear Property Owner: <br />The City of Ramsey has adopted ordinances that are designed to keep the community safe, healthy <br />and attractive. As previously mentioned, Staff gave an extension as the Property Owner ensured <br />the vehicle would be moved from the driveway by July 2, 2021. As of today, the inoperable <br />vehicles is still in violation in the front driveway. An inspection revealed the following violations <br />of the Ramsey City Code as listed below: <br />• City Code Section 30-3 — Property conditions constituting a public nuisance. <br />o (27) Any violation of section 117-355, relating to off-street parking regulations. <br />• City Code Section 117-355 — Residential development off-street parking. <br />o (4) Residents shall be allowed to have one unlicensed, inoperable motor vehicle <br />that may be stored outdoors. This motor vehicle shall not be permitted to be <br />stored in the front yard or driveway. This motor vehicle must be stored in the side <br />or rear yard on a prepared surface. <br />An administrative citation for $250 has been included with this notice.
