The City of Ramsey has <br />adopted ordinances that are designed to keep the community safe, healthy and attractive. City Staff <br />followed up on a previous violation that had not been addressed at the above premise. An <br />inspection revealed the following violations of the Ramsey City Code as listed below: <br />• Chapter 117-111. — R-1 Residential District <br />o (9) Accessory uses as permitted by section 117-349. <br />o Setback requirements from property line <br />• Chapter 117-349. —Accessory Uses and Buildings. <br />o (d) Accessory buildings. <br />• (2) Permits.
