Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #21-194 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR TOPOGRAPHIC <br />SURVEYS, GEOTECHNICAL EVALUATIONS AND UTILITY TESTING FOR 2022 <br />PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, the streets within the Autumn Heights subdivision, Wood Pond Hills 2nd, 3rd, 4th and <br />5th Additions, Waco Street between Sunwood Drive and 150th Avenue, and Sunwood Drive between <br />Trunk Highway 47 and Waco Street are proposed to be reconstructed in 2022; and <br />WHEREAS, topographic surveys, geotechnical evaluations, televising of sanitary and storm <br />sewers, and leak testing of watermain is required to accurately evaluate and design proposed 2022 <br />pavement management program projects; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to request proposals for said <br />services. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
