STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF ANOKA CITY OF RAMSEY Code Enforcement Unit June 16, 2021 Tara Wostrel Or Current Owner 14950 Peridot St NW Ramsey, MN 55303 -SECOND NOTICE OF VIOLATION — RE: Violations on Anoka County PID # 21-32-25-44-0029 (14950 Peridot St NW) Dear Property Owner: The City of Ramsey has adopted ordinances that are designed to keep the community safe, healthy and attractive. City Staff received a complaint for public nuisances on the above premises. An inspection revealed the following violations of the Ramsey City Code as listed below: • City Code Section 30-3. — Property conditions constituting a public nuisance. o (27) Any violation of section 117-355, relating to off-street parking regulations. • City Code Section 117-355. — Residential development off-street parking. o Six items allowed for outdoor storage and parking on parcels less than two acres. o Only one unlicensed, inoperable motor vehicle that may be stored outdoors. This motor vehicle shall not be permitted to be stored in the front yard or driveway. This motor vehicle must be stored in the side or rear yard on a prepared surface. • If you are planning to install or expand any parking areas, a zoning permit is required. An administrative citation for $75 for violations on the property. You have 14 days from the date of this letter to address the following (or you will receive an administrative citation of $250 — if you have unpaid citations, they will be assessed to your property taxes): • City Code Section 117-355. —Residential development off-street parking. o Please move vehicles onto an approved surface. ■ Vehicles shall not be parked on grass.
