<br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the two (2) Concept Plans in January of 2021 <br />and directed the Permittee to proceed with plan design for the nine (9) lot layout due to existing <br />physical constraints of the Subject Property, including significant wetlands both on and adjacent <br />to the Subject Property and dedicated parkland adjacent to the Subject Property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the Sketch Plan on April 8, 2021; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received an Application for Preliminary Plat Approval and a <br />Variance to cul-de-sac length on May 5, 2021; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing and considered both <br />applications on June 3, 2021. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval for Williams <br />Woods in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />a. Compliance with the Staff Review Letters. <br />b. Compliance with all Staff Review Comments in ProjectDox. <br />c. Amending street name in accordance with street grid. <br />d. Final approval by City Engineer and City Attorney. <br />e. LRRWMO review and approval. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-156 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />
