<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-194 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR TOPOGRAPHIC <br />SURVEYS, GEOTECHNICAL EVALUATIONS AND UTILITY TESTING FOR 2022 <br />PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS <br /> <br />ndrd <br /> WHEREAS, the streets within the Autumn Heights subdivision, Wood Pond Hills 2, 3, <br />ththth <br />4 and 5 Additions, Waco Street between Sunwood Drive and 150 Avenue, and Sunwood Drive <br />between Trunk Highway 47 and Waco Street are proposed to be reconstructed in 2022; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, topographic surveys, geotechnical evaluations, televising of sanitary and <br />storm sewers, and leak testing of watermain is required to accurately evaluate and design proposed <br />2022 pavement management program projects; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to request proposals for <br />said services. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
