<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-202 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO ADJUST CERTAIN NON-UNION WAGE SCALES AND DIRECT <br />STAFF TO SUBMIT A COMPLIANT PAY EQUITY REPORT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota requires submission of a pay equity compliance <br />report every three years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Pay Equity Act requires City Council approval in order to be submitted; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey submitted a report in January which was found to be <br />non-compliant with the Pay Equity Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Staff have updated certain non-union wage scales and prepared a new Pay <br />Equity report with a passing underpayment ratio. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />1) Adopt resolution #21-202 directing staff to update the following wage scales effective as <br />of July 7, 2021 and to submit the updated Pay Equity report. <br /> <br />Updated annual pay scales 07-07-21 – 12-31-2021 80% 100% <br />Updated Adm Services Director 90,936 113,670 <br />Updated Assistant Finance Dir. 84,832 106,041 <br />Updated Senior Planner 80,053 100,066 <br />Updated Office Supervisor 68,624 85,780 <br />Updated Accountant II 64,905 81,132 <br />Updated Deputy City Clerk 58,290 72,863 <br />Updated HR Generalist 61,242 76,553 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
