<br />Motion by Commissioner Peters, seconded by Commissioner Dunaway, to recommend that City <br />Council adopt Resolution #21-156 approving the Preliminary Plat for Williams Woods. <br /> <br />Further discussion <br /> <br />Commissioner Anderson commented that he does not support the cul-de-sac length and therefore <br />cannot support this request as well. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was performed: <br /> <br />Commissioner Anderson nay <br />Commissioner VanScoy nay <br />Commissioner Gengler aye <br />Commissioner Peters aye <br />Commissioner Dunaway aye <br />Chairperson Bauer aye <br /> <br />Motion Carried. <br /> <br />6.02: Public Hearing: Review Site Plan and Preliminary Plat for Oppidan Industrial, 8200 <br />Bunker Lake Boulevard NW <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Chairperson Bauer called the public hearing to order at 7:44 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Senior Planner McGuire Brigl presented the staff report stating that staff recommends approval of <br />the project. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />Jay Moore, Oppidan, stated that they brought their concept plan forward in February and based on <br />that feedback decided to move forward with formal application for three industrial buildings on 43 <br />acres. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bauer stated that in February there was a mention of a specific client Oppidan was <br />working with and asked if that has fallen through. <br /> <br />Mr. Moore commented that that company stepped back but has shown continued interest which is <br />why they chose to move forward with the three buildings. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bauer asked if there would be restrictions on modifying the site plan to a two-building <br />plat before this moves forward to the Council. <br /> <br />Planning Commission/ June 3, 2021 <br />Page 6 of 9 <br /> <br />
