PERMIT <br />TANNERS TAVERN & GRILL; CASE OF JJS LLC (JOEL SCHAUER) <br />By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />,Iocl Schauer, known as JJS LLC (Joel Schauer) d/b/a Tanners Tavern & Grill, has properly <br />applied for an on-sale intoxicating liquor license, including Sunday sales and 2:00 a.m. closing <br />permit tit 14077 St. Francis Boulevard NW, Ramsey. This is a new business of this type as the <br />tbnner business at that site was Scrapmania (a scrap booking store). Enclosed is a copy of the <br />application materials and public hearing notice. The applicant will be presenting staff with the <br />requircd insurance information. <br /> <br />l'olicc (;hief Way has completed the background investigation and found everything to be in <br />order.
