Counci lmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07-XXX <br /> <br />RESOI,UTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #02-40 (SANITARY SEWER <br />WATERMAIN AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS TO OAK TERRACE <br />ESTATES MOBILE HOME PARK) AND CALLING FOR THE PREPARATION OF <br />PI,ANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted July 12, 2005, a revised <br />feasibility study for Improvement Project #02-40 Sanitary Sewer Watermain and Storm Sewer <br />improvcmcnt to Oak Terrace Estates Mobile Home Park has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, <br />(~ity Engineer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of City Council adopted on July 12, 2005 fixed a date for a council <br />hearing on the proposed improvement; and <br /> <br />W Il EREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, <br />and thc public hearing was held thereon on the 26th day of July, 2005, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />I/AMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the <br /> feasibility study report. <br /> <br />2) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in this Council resolution. <br /> <br />3) That the City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. <br /> <br />4) That the engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for 'the making of such <br /> improvement. <br /> <br />Thc motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and thc following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and thc following abstained: <br /> <br />and thc following were absent: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07-XXX <br /> Page 1 Of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
