ORDINANCE NO. 05- <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTA1N CITY OWNED PROPERTY <br />I,()CATEI) IN TItE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />The City of Ramscy Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION I. PURPOSE <br /> <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain real property which <br />property thc City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This <br />ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br /> The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the <br />Cily, as surplus property and hereby authorizes its sale. Said property is legally described as <br /> lows: <br /> <br />I,ot 2, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> <br /> ~l'hc City Council has by a properly enacted resolution determined the consideration and <br />terms upon which the above described property may be sold. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
