Counci hnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />OPERATE A BUSINESS WITHIN A DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDING ON THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 8751 162~1~ LANE NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT <br /># AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #05-07- <br />Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Interim Use Permit. <br /> <br />adopting <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On July 26, 2005 an Interim Use Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to <br />Paul & Catherine Sills ("Permit Holder") to operate a graphics equipment and supplies business <br />in a detached accessory building located on the property generally known as 8751 162nd Lane <br />NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />I,ot 2, Block 1, North Fork Oaks 4th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this pcrmit arc as follows: <br /> <br />That the term of this Permit shall initially be one (1) year but shall also include four (4) <br />successive, automatic one-year renewals provided there are no unresolved Permit <br />violations on record at the expiration of each of the one (1) year periods. <br /> <br />That this Permit shall remain in effect until July 26, 2010 provided that the Permit Holder <br />complies with the terms herein and those of City Code Section 9.11.04. <br /> <br />3. That the established business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. <br /> <br />That thc number of vehicular traffic trips per day cannot exceed two trips per hour per <br />standard eight hour business day or 16 trips within a 24-hour period, and vehicular traffic <br />trips include deliveries and customer and employee trips. <br /> <br />That the Permit Holder may utilize a two square foot (1 foot by 2 feet) window sign on <br />the door of the accessory building. <br /> <br />That under no circumstance can the Permit Holder lease the accessory structure located <br />on the Subject Property to any person(s) that does not reside on the Subject Property. <br /> <br /> <br />
