WIIEREAS, on May 11, 2005, the Developer submitted a preliminary plat for Marigold Pond <br />thc City; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, on June 2, 2005, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and <br />mcommendcd the City Council approve the preliminary plat of Marigold Pond; and <br /> <br /> WIlEREAS, on June 9, 2005, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the proposed plat <br />and recommended park dedication be satisfied through a cash payment; and <br /> <br /> WI IEREAS, on June 28, 2005, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Marigold <br />Pond; and <br /> <br /> WlIEREAS, on July 5, 2005, the Developer submitted a final plat for Marigold Pond to the <br />City; and <br /> <br />WIIEREAS, on July 26, 2005, the City Council reviewed the final plat for Marigold Pond; and <br /> <br />NOW TltEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />ri'hat the Ramscy City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Marigold Pond in accordance with <br />rclcvant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> I. Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated July 22, 2005 <br />2. Thc Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City <br />3.
