Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-07- A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RAMSEY TOWN CENTI,;I/8TM ADDITION WHEREAS, Ramsey Town Center, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for final plat approval of Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlots A, B, C, D, and E, Ramsey Town Center Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property") WHEREAS, on January 20, 2005, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch phm from Ram. sey Town Center LLC for a plat to be named Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition; alld WHEREAS, on February 3, 2005, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and WHEREAS, on May 11, 2005, the Developer submitted a preliminary plat for Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition to the City; and WIIEREAS, on June 2, 2005, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat of Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition; and WItEREAS, on June 28, 2005, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Ramscy Town Center 8th Addition; and WHEREAS, on July 8, 2005, the Developer submitted a final plat for Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition to the City; and WItEREAS, on July 26, 2005, the City Council reviewed the final plat for Ramsey Town Center 8~h Addition; and NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition i n accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated July 22, 2005
