The proposed development is located north of Bunker <br />Lake Boulevard and west of the extension of Zeolite Street NW. He advised the subject property <br />is currently zoned Town Center-4a Neighborhood District (TC-4a). This district allows for a <br />mix of residential uses at a net density up to 10 units per acre. As submitted, the preliminary plat <br />2)r the 9th Addition has a net density of 11.56 units per acre. The development is proposing one <br />townhousc style of row house units. Color elevations have been submitted to the City.
