Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RAMSEY TOWN <br />CENTEI~ l0TM ADDITION <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, Ramsey Town Center, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />properly applied for final plat approval of Ramsey Town Center l0th Addition on the following <br />described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />O[JTLOT A, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION, according to the recorded <br />plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />alld <br /> <br />All that pm~ of OUTLOT E, said RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION, lying <br />westerly of a line drawn parallel and concentric with and distant 80.00 feet <br />westerly from the westerly line of OUTLOT D, said RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br />ADDITION, and which lies northerly of a line drawn parallel with and distant <br />260.00 feet southerly from the northerly line of said OUTLOT E. <br /> <br /> (thc "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS,. on January 20, 2005, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch <br />plan fi'om Rmnsey Town Center LLC for a plat to be named Ramsey Town Center l0th Addition; <br />and . <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 3, 2005, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan <br />and recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, on May 11, 2005, the Developer submitted a preliminary plat for Ramsey <br />Town Center 10th Addition to the City; and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, on June 2, 2005, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and <br />recommended thc City Council approve the preliminary plat of. Ramsey Town Center l0th <br />Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 28, 2005, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for <br />Ramscy Town Center l0th Addition; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, on July 8, 2005, the Developer submitted a final plat for Ramsey Town <br />Center 1 ()th Addition to the City; and <br /> <br /> <br />
