SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following of~cial summary of Ordinance #05- has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City o f Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />it is thc intent and effect of Ordinance #05-__ to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning <br />and Subdivision of Land) to add a section to establish regulations and guidelines that will <br />provide standards for wetland protection. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
