Cotmcihncmber introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07-XXX <br /> <br />RESOIJUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 04-27 MPCA STORM SEWER REROUTING <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, the Ramsey City Council authorized this project at the July 12, 2005 <br />mceting; and <br /> <br /> WIt EREAS, pursuant to quotes were solicited and opened and tabulated according <br />to law on July 22, 2005; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the following quotes were received for the MPCA Storm Sewer <br />Rcrouting. <br /> <br />Bidder <br />Glenn Rehbein Excavating <br />Dave Perkins Contracting <br />Dryden Excavating <br />W.B.
