Staff understands that you have invested in the fence in the backyard. For tracking <br />purposes, this shall serve as your official first notice of violation. Within the next fourteen (14) <br />days, Staff would like to understand your plan to remove or relocate the fencing from the <br />neighbor's property, and onto your property. <br />A fence permit will be required for the fence relocation or removal, which includes a $10 <br />application fee. You can apply for the permit in person at City Hall, or apply online. Please stay <br />in touch about your plans regarding the relocation. <br />As this is your first notice of violation, you are able to file an appeal if you feel this letter was <br />sent in error or if you are not in violation of our regulations.
