Title Adopt Resolution tf21-218 Granting an Amended Interim Use Permit for the Church of St. Katharine Drexel Please Note: this case was moved to the regular agenda as Item 7.8. Purpose/Background: The Church of St. Katharine Drexel is requesting an amendment to their Interim Use Permit to allow sewer and water connections for their interim accessory structure. Notification: Notification is not required. Observations/Alternatives: The Church of St. Katharine Drexel is requesting an amendment to their Interim Use Permit to allow sewer and water connections for their proposed accessory structure. The approved Interim Use Permit allows the structure for cold storage purposes, but the Church is requesting utility connections to accommodate individuals that will be working with the Church in the interim until their principal structure is permitted and built. The utility lines will be extended to the principal structure through the proposed accessory structure in the future, so this will initiate a baseline for the future development of the Subject Property. The Applicants are also working with the Metropolitan Council and City of Ramsey's Building Division for all necessary components to add sewer and water connections to the proposed structure. Funding Source: All costs associated with this request are the responsibility of the Applicant. Recommendation: Staff recommends adopting Resolution #21-218 Granting an Amended Interim Use Permit for the Church of St. Katharine Drexel.
