SECTION 3. SUMMARY <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #21-11 has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br />Ordinance #21-11 amends Section 10-1 to clarify requirements for maintaining certain animals in <br />the City of Ramsey, and allowing roosters/crowing hens via an administrative permit on properties <br />that are at least two and a half (2.5) acres in size and located in the R-1 Residential (Rural <br />Developiong District), and updates the animal table to allow for emus, rabbits, and bison on certain <br />properties. The ordinance also amends Article III to include cats under the same provisions as <br />dogs. <br />SECTION 4.
