APPROACH & SCHEDULE CD <br />SUPPORT <br />A A FOR WATER OPERATIONS STAFF <br />Our Technical Advisory Team is <br />comprised of individuals with decades <br />of experience designing, operating, and <br />maintaining water treatment plants across <br />Minnesota. Whether it is a direct phone <br />call to our team to build confidence in <br />operational decisions or crossing paths at <br />an operator training to discuss a question <br />that has been on your mind for a while, <br />our team will be there for support. <br />Our plan is to work with you to 1) <br />finalize a treatment technology that <br />is simplified; and 2) ensure start up <br />and training leaves operators feeling <br />comfortable and empowered to make <br />operational decisions. <br />We will also work directly with <br />Total Control Systems, Inc. on <br />recommendations on the type of controls <br />OPERATOR PARTICIPATION <br />We want operators involved in the process! <br />We value everyone's insight and opinions! <br />Participation in the WGMs is recommended for operations staff — we want <br />to allow everyone to speak up and offer their ideas for making the water <br />treatment plant an integral part of the Public Works Campus. <br />programming that would be appropriate <br />to give operators the level of control they <br />need and desire. <br />In addition to our Technical Advisor <br />Team, as Project Manager, Steve Nelson <br />will guide your team and connect your <br />staffwith the resources they need to <br />succeed.
