4 <br />PROPOSED FEE <br />Based on our knowledge of the plans for the Ramsey Water Treatment Plant, <br />review of previous work completed for the City of Ramsey, and our experience and <br />expertise with water system projects throughout the region, we developed a complete <br />project plan that is tailored to meet your objectives. Soil borings, permits, and material testing services. AE2S will solicit proposals <br />from third -party agencies on behalf of the City. <br />2. Construction phase surveying.
