A recent inspection of the above premises revealed the following violations of the <br />Ramsey City Code as listed below: <br />• City Code Section 117-356. Commercial and industrial development off-street parking. <br />(3) Standards. <br />a. Incorporation of other City Code standards. Notwithstanding other sections of this <br />chapter, these surfacing exemptions shall apply to surfacing requirements for concrete or <br />bituminous with concrete curb and gutter. Alt other provisions related to off-street parking, <br />outside storage, and outdoor display of goods for sale shall apply. <br />You have 14 days from the date of this letter to address the following (or you will receive <br />another notice of violation and an administrative citation of $75 — if the citation is not paid, <br />it will be assessed to the property taxes): <br />• City Code Section 117-356.
